Sensor & PenI see a solid blue or green light on the power button.

You will see a green light on the power button when the sensor is connected to a PC and a blue light when connected to either a mobile or a tablet. If the light is continuously turned on even when the sensor is not connected, restart the sensor by turning it off and on again.

If you cannot turn off the sensor, press the reset button located at the bottom of the sensor for 3 seconds, using a sharp-pointed object.
