Charge the sensor. If you do not see any light on the power button after connecting it to the charging cable, we recommend you to check the cable as follows.
1) Make sure that the cable is correcly connected to the power outlet.
2) Check if you can charge other devices using the same cable. If the device does not get charged, it means that there is a problem with the cable. You will need to change the cable.
If the same problem persists, please record a video of the sensor being in use and being chraged and send the video file to email@example.com.
